Participation Charges

The event is proposed under financial support from the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. The tentative participation charges are below:

TEPC Members

Participation Charges For Built-up Space:

Rs. 8500/ Sq. Metre plus GST for initial 12 Sq. Metre built-up stall.
Rs. 29,000/ Sq. Metre plus GST beyond 12 Sq. Metre built-up stall.

Cost of Raw Space (applicable only if space ? 36 square metre)

Rs. 6,500/ Sq. Metre plus GST for initial 12sqm raw space (total space should be more than 36sqm for raw space).
Rs. 23000/ Sq. Metre plus GST beyond 12 Sq. Metre raw space

Note: For raw space, the electricity charges will be additional. Minimum 10000 INR per KW per 9 sqm. Pre-built 4000 INR per KW per day.

* includes Fascia name, basic furniture such as 3 chairs, 1 table, reception desk, wastebin, power point, spot light, two lunch coupons

Non-TEPC members

Participation Charges For Built-up Space:

Rs. 9,500/ Sq. Metre. Plus GST for 9 Sq. Metre stall built up stall.
Rs. 29,000/ Sq. Metre plus GST beyond 9 Sq. Metre built up stall.

Rs. 7,500/ Sq. Metre plus GST for initial 9 sqm raw space (total space should be more than 50 sqm for raw space).
Rs. 23000/ Sq. Metre plus GST beyond 9 Sq. Metre raw space
